Hehe! We went to Mid Valley today :) I Cant believe we walked and shopped around for about 5hrs. We've never walked or shopped around that long before!
Well.. it was worth it. We bought some more stuff for the baby and he said that looking at everything makes him wanna buy everything lol!
I just really wanna buy the baby pillows, blankets & bolsters! But a newborn baby cant have all that when its sleeping.... dangerous. So i guess ill have to wait till its the right time..
We also bought baby diapers hehe! We opened it and omg its so small! but i do hope that my baby can fit into those diapers :)
We've bought nearly all the things a newborn baby needs... (i think?)
I just cant wait till he's big enough to fit into those cute clothes! newborns dont have much to wear :(
Im glad i got pregnant. I feel so much closer to my hubby.... and hearing him talk to the baby (in my tummy) and talk bout the babys future & everything.... I feel like the LUCKIEST WIFEY!!! :p

Lately ive been feeling quite shitty! Ive been getting moody easily... over little things. If im hot ill get shitty, if i got bitten by a mosquito ill get shitty... if things dont go my way (example: if im cooking and something drops on the floor) ill get a lil shitty & if people (neighbours) make loud sounds like dragging the chairs or kids running around ill get real annoyed and shitty!
Moodswings are normal during pregnancy hehe! And my loving husband has put up with it and hasnt gotten angry at me (yet). Apart from one time... maybe cuz he wasnt in a good mood due to some problems... and me being moody affected his mood.
I feel like crying over little things sometimes... it sux! But i cant hold it in... it just comes out.
Ive read that youre not ready to be a mother... If u dont like kids. Or kids annoy you.
Well i think thats a load of
Pig Shit! ill be honest... I dont like some kids! not all... but some. Some kids annoy the shit outta me & makes me wanna drop kick them.
Why would i be so mean & think such things? Well its bcuz some of them are so fucken naughty (The things they do, like throw rubbish into a pool, vandalize public property, minors smoking etc...) Kids AREN'T suppose to be that naughty UNLESS they havent been taught by their parents. Yes, ALL kids are naughty.. its normal, but theres just some things that are not acceptable. There are LIMITS to being naughty.. and trust me, if i could drop kick their parents too... I would!
Blame it on the parents! Parents play a big role in how your kid is bought up... and what kinda person theyll be when theyre older. Of course they wont listen to you 100%, but not teaching them the basic rules, do's & donts, whats allowed & not allowed will just ruin your kid.
Some kids shout, swear, spit, bully.. and their parents just look and act as if its nothing. WTF?
Like the news in the papers bout the little girl that was molested, killed & stuffed into a sports bag.... Why the hell did her parents let a 7-8 yr old go to a pasar malam ALONE!??? Knowing that malaysia is already a dangerous place, with dangerous people, everyday theres news of phychos kidnapping, killing and raping.. kids... especially little girls.
Some people should take what they hear and read seriously and
STORE it into their heads!
Point is: My kid will never be like one of them, cuz theres a thing called "Discipline" & "Teaching"
Theres alot of complaints that i have, but i cant be bothered and my blog isnt for these un-neccesary crap!
I have my reasons for hating. Dont say ur not a hater... cuz hating something makes u a hater.

Isn't it Amazing how being pregnant can change things.
Even the tiniest things that you never knew would happen, appears before ur very own eyes.
(Note: This is not my belly.)
Ive been reading alot bout pregnancy, and i did read that i would feel & see my baby's kicks & punches from 22weeks & onwards.
And further on along my pregnancy, that i would even be able to see the baby's feet & hands. At first i was thinking.. "Yeah right!" but after seeing this photo.. i believe it. It just surprised & amazed me so much, i had to share it with everyone else :)
So far i have only felt him kicking & punching me. The very first time, i was laying on the sofa, watching tv, and i suddenly felt a bump. I thought it was nothing.. but it happened again and again... I was so happy!
The first time u feel the kicks/punches, changes u.... it makes u abit emotional and really happy! Its a totally different feeling, and not alot of people will know how that feeling feels, bcuz ur the only one who can feel the kicks/punches.
Then after a few weeks.... me & my hubby were lying on the bed talking.. and i felt him kick/punch me again.. so i decided to pull my top up, and look at my belly. I wanted to see if i could see my belly pop up.. and OMG it did! I was even more happier when i saw the little bump pop up. Make me want the baby to come out now so that i can pinch and hug him :)
I let my hubby feel his kicks/punches too... im sure he was happy also :)
Every now & then, ill take out his Baby clothes and look at them. I just cant wait to put them on him! Theyre so tiny and cute!!!
This is even funnier... My baby kicks/punches me everytime i eat Lol! Its like he's hungry or something, and telling me... "It's about time!!!" hehe!!!

Week Twenty-Three
-Proportions of the body are now quite similar to a newborn although thinner since he hasn't begun to form body fat.
-Bones located in the middle ear harden.
-Your baby is able to hear. (Dads, did you know: low-frequency sounds mimicking a male voice penetrate the abdomen and uterine wall better than the higher frequencies of the female voice?)
-The eyes are formed, though the iris still lacks pigmentation.
-The pancreas, essential in the production of hormones, is developing steadily. She has begun producing insulin, important for the breakdown of sugars.
-If born now, your baby has a 15% chance of survival, his odds going up with each passing day. .
-The average baby at this stage weighs 1.1 pound (501gm) and is 11.38 inches (28.9cm) long.
What your baby's up to...The body of your baby is getting plumper but his skin is still fairly wrinkled due to the lack of subcutaneous fat. Your baby's face and body is looking more and more like those of an infant, the bones of his inner ear are beginning to harden and his pancreas is developing (the pancreas is very important in the production of insulin). Your baby's fingernails are almost fully formed and the
lanugo that covers his body is getting more and more dark. You baby is now more than 11 inches long and weighs over a pound.
About you and your body...Your baby still has lots of room to move around so the kicks, punches and movement you had felt before will continue. In fact, there will be times when you will be able to see your baby moving from the outside! This is a good time to get
Dad more involved by letting him feel the baby move.
You may find yourself having, or starting to have, mood swings. Don't worry; these are normal and will subside either late in your
third trimester or shortly after the
birth of your baby. These mood swings are from the rising
hormone levels as your body readies itself for delivery.
Your regular doctor appointments will continue and he/she may palpate your abdomen. This palpation is the doctor's way of feeling the position of the baby. Your doctor will also continue the use of a tape measure to measure your
fundal height. Your fundus (top of your uterus) will be approximately one to one-and-a-half inches above your navel at this point. You may worry if you are a bit "too big" or "too small", don't. It is normal for you to be individual in your measurements as every mother is different. However, if you continue to worry, be sure to ask your doctor about your concerns.

★ Some Useful Info
Date: | Time: 10:27 PM
"YOUR BODY REBOUNDS"Giving birth causes numerous changes in your body. Many of them are prompted by a drop in levels of the hormones estrogen and progesterone shortly after delivery. This is a normal process, but it's good to know what you can expect and even better to know that these conditions are only temporary.
In addition to experiencing the effects of pregnancy on your breasts, uterus, and urinary tract, you may notice subtle changes in your hair and skin. During pregnancy, many women find that their hair becomes particularly thick and lustrous and does not shed at the usual rate. After delivery, hormonal shifts may increase shedding and your hair may thin out. Changes in the fluid balance of your body can also cause dryness of the hair and skin. You can help combat this by drinking 8 glasses of water each day and avoiding harsh shampoos and cleansers.
You may also notice that you are perspiring more. Again, this is usually not a cause for concern. You are simply sweating out the additional fluids associated with pregnancy. This heavy perspiration will probably stop after a few weeks. Until then, wear loose clothing and consider placing a towel over your pillow at night to keep it dry.
Some of the changes you experience at this time will be welcome. The stretch marks you may have developed during pregnancy will begin to fade, changing from red to pale silver. Your darkened nipples will lighten, and the spidery lines you may have developed on your chest and shoulders will fade as well.
It is normal to drop about 4.5 kg to 9 kg (10–20 lb) immediately after delivery. The rest of your pregnancy weight gain will be lost gradually. Of course, the best way to get back into top shape is through a program of good nutrition and exercise.
"BREAST CARE"Pregnancy affects your breasts whether or not you choose to breastfeed. Some women can express (start the flow of) fluid from their breasts as early as the fourth month of pregnancy, simply by squeezing the area around their nipples (known as the areola). Because your body prepares itself naturally for the process of breastfeeding, there is very little that you need to do. However, there are a few breast care and feeding tips that can help to prevent or correct minor problems.
(For both nursing and non-nursing mothers)-Wear a supportive bra that is not too tight.
-If you experience breast discomfort, alternate between hot and cold packs—depending on what gives the best relief.
-If your nipples become cracked or sore, do everything possible to keep them dry and warm.
-Application of warm, dry heat may relieve soreness. Avoid plastic nursing pads (which hold in moisture) and expose your breasts to air when possible. You may also express a bit of milk and let it dry on your nipples. It will form a protective coating that may help in the healing process.
-Change your bra as soon as it becomes wet. Use, and frequently replace, breast pads if you have a problem with leakage.
"URINARY TRACT CARE"
After delivery, you may have some difficulty emptying your bladder and may feel a burning sensation when you urinate. This burning is due to vaginal sensitivity and will pass. Some women may have a harder time sensing when they need to urinate because the bladder has been slightly numbed from bruising during delivery. Fortunately, normal sensation returns very quickly.
Giving birth to a child affects the whole area surrounding the uterus. Whether or not you deliver vaginally, your urinary tract has been squeezed by your baby for the last few months of your pregnancy. If you have delivered vaginally, your cervix has been completely dilated. This can make you more vulnerable to bacterial infection.
"EPISIOTOMY CARE"
An episiotomy is an incision made in the perineum—the area between the anus and the vagina—to enlarge the birth canal when it is considered advisable to avoid tearing your skin during childbirth. Doctors perform this procedure because a tear would be more painful and slower to heal than a surgical cut that is stitched closed.
Recovery from an episiotomy can be the most uncomfortable part of having a baby, but there are many things you can do to help ease the pain and help the healing process:
-Use local anesthetic creams and sprays as suggested by your doctor.
-Keep your genital area dry and clean by bathing and changing sanitary napkins frequently.
-Use alcohol swabs after urination and bowel movements to prevent infection and speed healing.
-Take warm baths in plain water.
-Sit on a pillow or use a "donut cushion" made for people with hemorrhoids.
-Put an ice pack on the area as soon after giving birth as possible.
-Be careful not to use ice or heat if your genitals are numb from an anesthetic spray or cream—you won't be able to feel warning sensations if the temperature is too extreme.
"STOMACH-FIRMING EXERCISES" These simple exercises can help flatten and firm your stomach after the birth of your baby. It is recommended that you do these exercises at least 3 times a week on a carpeted surface or exercise mat.
"RESUMING INTIMACY"
Experts generally recommend that you wait about 4 to 6 weeks after childbirth before resuming sexual intercourse. Of course, the recommendation may be different if you have had a cesarean section or episiotomy. It's a good idea to check with your physician to learn what is best for you.
Waiting a few weeks gives your body a chance to return to its prepregnant state. It also allows stitches to heal and helps avoid the chance of infection. When your lochia (the discharge of blood, mucus, and tissue) disappears, it is an indication that the placental site has healed. This usually signals that you are physically ready to resume intercourse.
When you return to intimate relations, you may experience slight discomfort at first. With relaxation, lubricants, and tender loving care from your partner, the discomfort won't last long. If your vagina feels a bit too relaxed and open when you become sexually active again, ask your health care professional about exercises that may help increase vaginal tone.
Some women have a decreased interest in sexual relations following delivery. This is usually due to lowered estrogen levels and the physical and emotional demands of caring for a new baby. Your partner may also have a temporary decrease in interest after being part of the birth experience or because of fear of hurting you.
Remember that sexual intimacy can reduce tensions and help build a positive self-image. Intimacy also helps affirm that you are still attractive to your partner and even releases hormones that enhance your body's return to its prepregnancy state.
